Corporate and social responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the decision making and implementation process that guides all IOOF's activities in the protection and promotion of human rights, labour and environmental standards. We ensure CSR compliance with our operations and relations to society and the communities in which we operate.

One of IOOF's approaches to CSR is in its philanthropic activities associated with the IOOF Foundation. We have also implemented a workplace giving program and have community days where we encourage community volunteering amongst employees.

Protecting IOOF's image and brand through appropriate risk management is paramount to the Board, our employees and stakeholders. We strongly believe that our ethical values, open culture and reputation are key factors to our continued success.

Workplace Gender Equality

As an employer of more than 100 employees in Australia, IOOF is required to report under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. This reporting framework aims to encourage measures that improve gender equality outcomes.
